Official information first.
Our process is designed to make vendor profiles useful, traceable, and appropriately cautious.
1. Consult primary sources
We read official product, feature, documentation, and pricing pages. We do not use third-party ratings or review claims as directory facts.
2. Record what supports each entry
Profiles retain source links and a verification date. Feature lists stay close to vendor terminology. When information cannot be verified, we omit it rather than fill the gap with an assumption.
3. Add decision context
Use-case notes interpret documented features; they are not performance claims. Categories require a direct connection to an official feature.
4. Review changes
We review updates that affect pricing notes, vendor coverage, and linked destinations before publishing.
5. Correct the record
Readers and vendors can request a correction through our corrections page.
