Affiliate Disclosure
We want you to understand how we make money.
Email Pick Stack (emailpickstack.com — “Site”) is an independent email marketing / ESP comparison and directory operated by emailpickstack.com. We are not the seller, developer, or customer-support provider for the third-party products we write about. Listing a tool does not mean we send email on behalf of users or vendors.
How we earn money
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one of those links and later buy a product or start a paid subscription, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions may be one-time or recurring, depending on the vendor’s program.
Independence
Opinions, rankings (if any), and “best for” labels are editorial opinions at the time of publication, based on publicly available information and our review criteria — not statements of objective fact. Vendors do not pay us to publish a guaranteed ranking position. We may receive free trials or access for testing; when material, we will note it on the page.
What we are not
- We do not provide legal, tax, compliance, or investment advice.
- We do not guarantee inbox placement, deliverability rates, open rates, ROI, or sales results.
- We do not promote buying email lists, guaranteed inbox placement, From spoofing, or other spam / blackhat deliverability practices as recommended use-cases.
- We do not claim to be an “official partner” of any brand unless we have written proof and disclose that relationship.
- We do not sell the software on this Site or process your purchase payment for vendors.
- We do not send marketing email on behalf of listed vendors or end users via this directory.
Your responsibility
Always read the vendor’s own terms, pricing, anti-spam / acceptable-use policy, and privacy policy before you buy. Offers and features change. Verify facts on the vendor’s official site. You are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR, CASL, and other applicable email laws when you use any ESP.
